I have a Tier 3 account and have had tried to use the program for quite some time. I am a big supporter of MagicForm when I first came upon it, and even now am rooting for its success.
The capabilities of this product is great-- it has more functions than most other competitors on the market. Unfortunately, the impressiveness ends there. The product is slow. Super slow. Unusably slow. I timed an average conversation with any bot and we are looking at 30 seconds-2 minutes(!) per response. The responses are also really poorly done; the bot will regularly ignore previous inputs from a user, for instance. There is a claim that this is Chat GPT 4, but there's no way that that can be true. Furthermore, although the control dashboard is very simple (which is a plus), it is super buggy. I will input something to program my bot, and it will not save. Only after doing it over and over for 10+ times will the system eventually store the new data inputs I put into it. Separately, the interface of the chatbot when deployed on a website is also very dated looking. There's no way to customize that in the control dashboard.
Lastly, this is one of the few products that I am scared is not going to be updated. There is no roadmap; when I ask the MagicForm AI bot about it, it asks me to instead ask about upcoming updates instead. Laughably, when I ask about that, it says it does not have that information.
To the MagicForm AI founder: I really believe in what you set out to do with your product. Please don't let me down, as I chose not to ask for a refund on your product.
What can I say about the project? I give 5 tacos, the founder is serious, and he is focussing not on community but on the project. I believe in this project, and the chatbots work still great, I don't know why people are complaining about the problems. Everything works fine like in beginning. So a very good project 5 tacos.
It's the first time that I requested AppSumo to remove my old but positive review of a product. This is because Magic Form floats on an unsustainable business model.
Many features are not error-free and the knowledge base has hidden limits. There are so many support requests, the support is extremely slow and often non-existent.
The rare occasion that the founder responds in the Discord channel, shows a blind spot of epic proportions. There is no consideration at all that Magic Form customers have a real business and real customers. Besides that, it shows no consideration for the reputation of AppSumo.
What decided me to refund is the response of the founder today in the Discord channel: "GIven its a lifetime deal, we can't support hundreds of people coming to us with ideas and asking for help to do things the system simply can't do every day."
I am not sure about the agreement between AppSumo and its partners but this should not be possible. I am out.

Was a great surprise, turned into a nightmare. Everything is broken, slow, email not working, webhooks gone. And founder is nowhere to be found, not here, not in discord either. Thank god for the 60-day-refund period.

When you say "everything is broken", would you mind elaborating? We have a lively discord and I'm sure the hundreds of people in there who use the product everyday would disagree....
I can't emphasize enough just how fantastic the quality of conversations are. This tool has managed to outshine a few others I have tried. I will have a great ROI with this tool.
