It's good but...
It's good from the initial expressions. It has lot of things and features under the sleeves, but don't know if its just me... it's kinda glitchy.
1. I added some initial questions, which were never asked by the bot to the user... so a bit dissapointed there as that was my major usecase to ask questions.
2. I never asked or checked anything related to appointment, but my bot still asked the user for appointment and even booked one for them when the user agreed a timeslot.
3. I enabked live agent, but don't find it anywhere on chatbot UI how to ask fo live human help.
4. This point can be very specific to me, but my website is loading really slow after I embedded the code. The generated code is quite big... so that maybe the cause. Other tools offer just 1 line of script code, like Chatbase, Cloozo.
Other than that, the tool has lot of features like CRM, lead gen. But I'm here for a chatbot service. I do not require CRM here, which is a plus though. The UI is good and contains a thourogh onboarding checklist.
Overall, 2 stars for those glitches, as those are deal breakers for me. Please take this as a constructive feedback, and I'm happy to change it to 5 stars if I see improvements there.

I have a few in depth explainer videos on how to train it to do exactly what you are looking to do in the Onboarding Checklist in the top right. As you can see from others here, there is a small learning curve but all the tools are there.

The default settings are one to book an appointment so there's likely still some instructions that you get to slightly modify to have it do what your looking for. Happy to help here!
