Before buying the code what was said -
"Lifetime access to Mail Merge Toolkit for Outlook
You must redeem your code within 60 days of purchase
All future plan updates"
But after the purchase, I get to see this -
"The license allows you to get technical support and product upgrades for one year. After one year you can continue to use your version of the product without any limitation. However, if you decide to get the newest version of the product and/or you need technical support after the license expiration the license for these services must be renewed."
Kindly clarify....as it would help me to decide as to stay or to leave

We guarantee the purchased product will work without any limitations and the product features will never be truncated. We also grant you technical support and updates for one year free of charge. After one year these services will be expired, but it doesn't affect the version of the product which you are using. The services can be renewed for an additional year if you like. Surely, Sumo-lings have special conditions (corresponding with AppSumo pricing) for the renewal.

Needed some clarity, sir.
1 - Do I get all future updates and upgrades in the Standard Plan for the one time LTD price of $9.99? Microsoft, Office as well as computer architectures keep getting updated at least every year if not more. Once there is a new version of Microsoft or Office or IT & email infrastructure standard updated, will your software work? Do I get automatically upgraded to the new version / edition of this software?
I need to know because, this is what I am paying for.
2 - How do you define as Technical Support for which I have to pay extra? For instance, if your software isn't working or has some issues after 1 year, then, you wouldn't answer my queries or emails without me paying for customer support?
