Q: Hi, Is it possible to specify a custom reply-to email address for message sent via your add in?
I’m sending out a report generated via mail merge, and would like any replies to the emailed report to go to a help desk app so that a ticket can automatically be created. The help desk app has a custom email address.. if not, would you consider adding the functionality (assuming it’s technically possible?)

May 15, 2024A: Hello.
We uploaded a major update of Mail Merge Toolkit (v.5.0) to our website a few days ago and this version includes a workaround that allows you to work with the "Reply-to" field. There is a possibility to chose which Outlook Profile will be used for the message sending and exact account for message sending, so if you configure an account in Microsoft Outlook to use specified "Reply-to" email address -- this data will be applied to the messages sent using Mail Merge Toolkit and the recipients' will reply on the necessary email address instead of the address from which the message was sent initially. Try it and feel free to contact us in case of any questions.
Hello.
Unfortunately, Outlook doesn't allow to configure "Reply-to" email using API, the only way is to specify the necessary address in the "From:" field. In the current version of Mail Merge Toolkit, it is not possible to change "From:" field data but this feature is in our ToDo list and we will change a priority of this feature to add it in the next version of the product which is scheduled on April 15, 2021.

Hello! Wanted to follow up on this question. Were you able to add this new functionality to the April 15 version?
