You Get What You Pay For

Title says it all. On Appsumo, they claim the following integrations:
- Custom SMTP
- Google SMTP
- Google Login
- Yahoo
- Aol
- Yandex
- and many more

In reality they only have SMTP, Gmail SMTP, Yahoo, and AOL. They don't have Google Sign in.

I initially tried Gmail SMTP, but it was disconnecting hourly. I'd have to login and reconnect. Only the SMTP works, but it still randomly disconnects sometimes.

If you are using Google, you'll need to allow less secure apps at the domain / administrator level (which will be a problem for some companies, I'm sure) as well as at your account level since the gmail signin is not supported. Instructions on this here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255?hl=en

These are the instructions for setting up SMTP with Gmail https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7126229?hl=en&visit_id=638005831133018654-4011733072&rd=2#zippy=%2Cstep-change-smtp-other-settings-in-your-email-client In MailWarm.io, you'll need to turn on TLS and not turn on secure for it to work.

Other things:
> Support took days to respond and was not helpful
> The dashboard data changes every time you refresh so I have no idea how many emails were sent per day
> It says there's a 40% reply rate, I can't find any evidence in my inbox or outbox that individual emails have been replied to
> the dashboard says 0 emails in spam - I have no idea if this is true.
> I don't think they'll actually move your emails out of spam if they land in the spam folder - I've manually moved some emails that I've received via mailwarm which landed in spam folder.

Overall, would not buy again, that said, I think it is working so not asking for a refund. We'll see how deliverability looks after 30 days of this... Next time I'd probably pay for mailwarm.com or lemwarm.
