Q: Regrettably, I have had a disappointing experience with Adilo.

As an early adopter, I paid more for their service than new customers did on a different LTD deal they promoted for $99, despite receiving fewer benefits. Furthermore, the support team has been unresponsive, difficult to communicate with, and restricts access to higher-level support staff.

Additionally, I had paid for specific features such as video branding colors and a channel that was given to me by support due to a prior issue. However, these features were removed from my account without warning, and the support team claimed that the plan I paid more for did not include a channel, whereas the cheaper $99 deal did. Although I explained that the channel was provided to me by a previous support agent, I was denied access to it later. It took several days and weeks to try to resolve the issue with the support team, who often misunderstood my concerns and offered no practical solutions. Despite being assured that the owner of the company would contact me, I have not heard from them.

What is most frustrating is that the problem has still not been resolved to this day. Even after speaking with the support team, I was instructed to repurchase the features I had already paid for to regain access. It is disheartening to pay for something, only to have it taken away without notice, and then be asked to pay again to get it back.

Although the software itself is adequate for video hosting, the lack of transparency and poor customer support leave much to be desired. I hope that Adilo can improve its communication and customer service practices to avoid similar issues in the future.

I added this here as a question as apposed to a poor rating. Will you ever make it right in my account? This Appsumo LTD made me laugh because I have been back and forth with support just recently (won't mention names) and now I see these new deals on Appsumo to draw people in and hope they buy more limits. Maybe you should have given that to your Early adopters and they would have bought more limits... but why would I now under this experience with your company.
