If you buy through APPSUMO, there are no other payments required. Its a life time deal.
We have 3 tier,
Tier 1 -> $59 -> You can send 30K emails.
Tier 2 -> $139 -> You can send 200K emails
Tier 3 -> $299 -> You can send 500K emails

Amazon SES only will only charge you for the email sending. They will charge $0.1 per 1000 emails you send
You can add as many sender domains you want, In general, Amazon SES will allow you to add 1000 sender ( domains or email address)

You’re paying AWS only when you send emails, and those charges are typically very minimal (e.g., ~$1 per 10,000 emails, or free if you're within AWS’s free tier). It's similar to owning a car: the platform is yours permanently, and you only pay for fuel (emails) when you use it.
WonkaPLUSnot LTD as the credits are from sending from your platform, they dont renew monthly and once you run out you have to buy credits again also you have to pay & sign up to Amazon SES to send mailers out on top of the tools credits
