Q: The limits for each tier.
Do the 30K, 200K, and 500K for each tier reset every month, or are they a one-time consumable number of emails we send?

The limits for each tier doesn't reset each month, and it also doesn't expire. So for example, if you buy tier 3 with 500K emails, you can send this 500K emails in 1 month if you need or you can send through out the year or so. Whenever you need it.
