In fact you can't check emails completely (spam trap, greylist,..), you check if the email is present on social networks if I understood ?
I hesitate a bit because I saw a question above from someone who saw valid emails (from his relatives) to be defined as "bad".
Your appsumo offer is not expensive but if it's not a precise tool it's complicated...

I'd like to inform that mailcheck does the complete check, social networks and other data are only the complementary tool that allows to give a better ranging.
Like existing email with social signals is less risky than just a working email.
