DONT PURCHASE

My website got banned due to them queuing emails by the thousand while i actually only set 10 emails a day.

They also blocked my IP so I cant log onto the system, shortly after I asked for answers.

I am now left begging my domain provider to put my site back online.

Thank you Roman, you're an idiot.

They abandoned LTD users....

Not good.

- My account is sending out 0 warming emails.
- No support email
- Their chat states they will return soon, but they never reply.

Looks to me like they took the free exposure from App Sumo and then abandoned all their LTD users.

Looks like this is no longer working/functioning

I have reached out to support and had my account connected for 4-5 days without any interaction. Over 10 days with no response from support. Looked promising and much easier to use than other similar offerings I've seen on AS. Sadly it is a no-go and doesn't appear to be working anymore.

Great potential

The interface is super simple. There are no instructions but it's relatively easy to figure out how to set it up.

The software initially sent emails from my email address but as another person. I felt uncomfortable with this and changed the signature in their settings to reflect my company. I am happy that they provided that option. It would be good if that was the default setting.

The software worked great for a couple of days but hasn't sent any emails in about 4 days. I am not sure why it stopped. A notification from the company and an explanation will help reduce the guesswork.

Overall it's a good product with great potential.

Great potential

I think this product has great potential. I've used several mail warming solutions. As others mentioned, many of those products produce gibberish, which is very easy for Google or other ISPs' AI to detect. As I'm seeing on my account, I think Google caught on to Lemlist's messy text as many people (including me) are seeing most emails go to spam or non-primary categories.
The best I've seen is Instantly. The body of their messages is neutral, and even if someone were to question why the email was sent, there would be nothing wrong in the email for them to question or claim some nonsense. Whereas for Mailivery, a lot of the information is questionable. For instance, it randomly claims I am someone who I am not in the messages. For instance, it says I am Kevin from Agilent Technologies in one email, and I am from another company in another email. So the body says I am from a company I am not from, and claims I am reaching out to sell one of their products. This is a MAJOR PROBLEM because it can be considered fraud if you are emailing people stating you are someone who you are not. This MUST be fixed immediately or you guys are going to be in trouble. Either you're going to be sued, or you're going to get some of your clients sued. You better fix this immediately.
I am still giving this a 5-star because of the potential once they fix this issue.
On the positive side, they figured out a way to help you uniquely identify that the email was sent from Mailivery without including the same word for everyone as Lemwarm does (which is very easy for Google or other ISPs to find out).

So, all in all, this has great potential but feels like this is done by someone who doesn't understand the United States' litigious society.

I request the creators of this to respond to this review and advise how they're going to fix this huge problem I brought up above for the benefit of all our Sumolings.

Hi,

Thanks for your review.

I would like to clarify your point. All our companies information are fake with fake employee data and all the emails we send are within our network and thus within our T&C's.

No one i repeat NO ONE is going to recieve our mail warming emails without explicitiy agreeing to recieve them and their content.

Hope this answers your concerns.

Thanks,

Roman
