Best warmup tool I've used (and I've used a lot of them)

I run an agency with several internal sales reps as well as a lead generation service for several clients, so I need a good quality warm up tool that can handle a lot of volume.

I've used several other tools, eventually settling on Neverspam as the best of the bunch. ...until I saw Mailivery, with it's very generous limits. I jumped in and full stacked it twice, and after about a month of service, I decided to go ahead and full stack another two accounts so I can run 100 warming slots.

I'm very bullish on this tool, and I'll tell you why with a very honest review.

Positives:

- The UI is stellar. I have an appreciation for, as I like to call it, "buttery" UI experiences, and this tool delivers. I know it's just an aesthetics thing, but with as many different tools I use daily, I find that I generally work better and more efficiently when I enjoy the tool I'm using.

- The warming emails generated actually makes sense. In all the other tools that I've used, the emails are mostly gibberish, and there's usually some sort of code within the subject line that signals that it's a warm-up email. The emails here, including the back-and-forth emails, actually look like somebody wrote them. They make sense, and I've even seen some solid sales copy in some of the emails. Really cool! ...and the best part is, no subject line signifier.

- The limits are fantastic. The ability to send up to 130 emails per day per account is tremendous. With that said, I don't run the kind of outbound volume on any single email that would warrant that level of volume on a warm up tool, but it's nice to know I have that option if that ever changes. All of the other tools I've used have capped out at 50.

The negatives

- While their support is very friendly, I've had a couple of issues with the platform being down unexpectedly, one time for 4-5 days at a stretch. They said it was for maintenance, however there was no warning so I know that they must've had an unexpected issue on their servers. I would've liked to seen more proactive communication.

Suggestions for improvement:

- One thing that I really liked about Neverspam was that they would combine the emails/spam statistics for all emails for a single domain. It was nice to be able to monitor that as well, and Mailivery doesn't have that in place. I think that would be a great addition to the tool.

With that said however, Mailivery still blows away every other warmup tool I've used, and I feel good about their future development. I know there's a couple of warming tools on Appsumo that allow for unlimited warm up accounts, but this tool is very developed and their warmup emails are more "real" then any other tool that I've used by far. I think you might be kicking yourself if you don't jump on this when you can. Like I said, I plan on full stacking at least two more accounts, and possibly more.
