Hello Mailmunch team! I want to purchase the system and have a few questions:
1 - Does the system not offer translations for other languages, such as Brazilian Portuguese?
2 - A total of 12,500 contacts is quite low for an agency with dozens of clients. Can I increase the contact limit on my lifetime plan in the future?
3 - Why does the Mailmunch campaigns feature carry a limitation notice stating: "Fair use policy: max 1 campaign per week"?
4 - Is it possible to send birthday emails to clients?
5 - Is it possible to set up an automated engagement workflow and send a sequence of emails to clients triggered by their behavior?
6 - In the section where I manage mailings, is it possible to have additional users, or can only I as the admin send out campaigns?

1. We are already working on a localization layer across the entire platform which will enable translations in many languages. This is being actively worked on.
2. To increase your limits, you can talk to the Mailmunch support team and we will be able to handle that for you in the future.
3. The "1 campaign per week" limit is applicable to the broadcast email campaign only. You can simultaneously have other campaigns active, like forms, landing pages and an automation.
4. Yes, Contact Birthday Automations is a built-in feature.
5. Yes absolutely. We have a very robust automations system that allows you to design hyper-personalized journeys based on how contacts engage with your emails and your website.
6. You can invite team members and restrict their access to different parts of the app using the built-in RBAC system.
