Sorry to hear you're having issues with the plugin.

If you haven't received any answer from us, I can ensure you that's probably because we didn't receive your email, or because you didn't get our reply. Our small Support Team works very hard to answer all our Premium users as soon as possible.

Please note that when the subscription is approved, you'll see 10 keys on your MailPoet 3 account. However, since the plan allows you to have unlimited keys, all you need to do is to click on the "Add" button to create more keys as you go.

There's no way we would provide only 9 keys if you've purchased a plan for unlimited keys.
