Q: I've never actually used mailpoet--does this replace Aweber for me?
I only have about 400 people on my list, but it'd be nice to not have to pay for that anymore :) And I am working on a newsletter--can I have more than one within the site? It sounds like it's a replacement? No monthly fees is nice!
It concerns me to be shut down though--if I spend a lot of money and effort and build a subscription newsletter, how can I protect against a mistaken issue? I have had a big pinterest account suspended only to be re-instated and told it was by mistake :/

May 15, 2024A: Hello Sumo-ling!
I believe you could start using MailPoet to create and send your newsletters to your subscribers instead of using another solution.
You can work on multiple different newsletters at the same time.
We have great articles to prevent pausing the sending service here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/279-how-to-be-a-good-sender
There are some things you can check before sending your emails, and others you can do to improve your deliverability rate. Just a few spam complaints and some hard bounces won't be a problem if you're doing a good job managing your subscriber's list. And if it does happen, we will see you have had good open rates and will work together with you to restore the sending for your account :)
