I am probably one of the most careful entrepreneurs concerning GDPR, sensible user data and usability of a product.
Also I request and ask support for help a lot to understand software from inside out.
And neither MailPoet (the product itself) nor their awesome support team has disappointed me!

I love the software and since I use it, sending newsletters is a bliss.
No more logins to alien providers, no more export of sensible user data to US or UK servers - no more needs of checking a service's privacy shield certification.

I finally found it!

If you want a newsletter "provider" who allows to choose your own server and where it is based, then go with MailPoet.
The functions are great and I have figured out on how to use the Welcome E-Mails to set up an Autoresponder. Importing your list from Mailchimp and other services is easy too!
