It would be nice to have more options for newsletters or welcome emails.

Yeah, I have tried the designer but that is the area that I am wondering if you are going to improve.
For example, could there be draggable element to create 2 or 3 columns?

We do have plans to expand the Template Designer. It is not a priority at the moment but there are plans for future improvement.
In addition to 2 columns or 3 columns layout, is there anything else you would like to see on the platform?
