Q: Is this software DEAD??

Just tried to use for the first time and when you select anything in the backend, it just spins forever. I just bought this a few months ago :( Not good

This software has changed into something less than useful. What's going on Appsumo?
Is Mailrush.io still operational? Or have you abandoned the project? I have submitted multiple tickets and never got a reply, as well as tried the live chat but same.
Havent tested yet, but if I need to change the domain later on, lets say in like 2 years & we've done plenty of emailing with Domain1.com - What happens to all Domain1.com's data / lists / emails / etc when Domain2.com is added in? Is the Domain1.com data erased or overwritten and we start over from scratch?
How can we change the domain we are using for our account? I needed a domain when signing up, however I will purchase a dedicated domain for cold email so will need to change this in the account.
