But we found a mix of results and was looking for a better tool that fits with our requirements and get the job done. We gave a try to MailRush, and results are exceptionally well than we expected.
Mailrush makes life much easier when it comes to running cold email campaigns. MailRush has its own SMTP; artificial intelligence helps to avoid all words that will affect your deliverability rate, helps to run automations, choose templates, and it is easy to integrate with our CRM and leads capturing sources.
We are very happy with the MailRush and wish the best to MailRush team with their journey and also highly recommend MailRush to our business fellows to get this tool for their business and start getting higher results with their cold email outreach.
I snagged this deal, not knowing if I would really make use of it or not. I've used other apps such as Woodpecker, Mailshake and Close.io for my company's cold call needs, so I had a pretty good idea of how to set everything up.
MailRush is immediately different in the way it uses a shared IP, which I was skeptical of at first, but it turns out to work really well. Their built in tool helps to validate your email set up. They also have email validators as well as warmup tools. Neither of which are built into the other programs I've ever used. Both of those services are additional costs... but at least it's an option!
The editor is great and allows for randomizing components of the message right in the template editor, which is awesome! The automation flow builder is also much better and easier to work with than any of the other programs I've used. It reminds me more of the flexibility you would see with Active Campaign or Mailchimp.
I'm just starting to use it, but I already like it a lot and I think it's going to make my company a lot of sales this year!
The tool is surprisingly good. I had a list of "must haves", which even many of the big name cold email tools do not all have. This was things like custom fields, ability to set a sending window, removing replies from your campaign, and more. This tool has all those features so it represents very good value.
The problem though is the almost non-existent support. There is live chat within the tool. I asked a basic question about how to send campaigns to small batches of contacts. The support rep said please wait while he checked on that, then came back a few minutes later with no answer except a link to the knowledgebase and blog. I spent my time looking through both those resources but they had nothing about how to even start or send a campaign, let alone anything related to my question.
Then I asked another question about how to edit the automations to add steps. Again the chat rep said hang on while he checked. It has now been more than 30 minutes and he seems to have disappeared!
So this seems like a good tool overall in terms of features, and will hopefully improve in time in terms of usability and support.

I gave it a try on 1 code, really liked what I saw. All "tools" are inside. Just not all tools are part of the deal, but for an email service provider for a lifetime for each domain, I thought it was already a steal! The monthly and one time pricing for addons and credits is reasonable.
I really like it that I got 1 for each "new" domain I have.
