I am using quite a lot of outreach tools and must say their approach is really cool. It always frustrated me to have to send via my gsuite which then often gets suspended "for spamming". With their integrated SMTP logic these problems do not exist anymore while they are still trying to keep a good reputation with the shared IP. (Of course, you could also just connect your outreach tool to an smtp provider.)

I do think the email drip module could be better in terms of the user flow/UI and features. I think either you do it like outreach or you do it like ActiveCampaign. A mix of both does not seem to be making sense.

Of course, I also have my problems with the add-ons. I am using Mailivery.io for email warming and reputation and TrueMail for email verification. Ideally, it should be possible to connect to these top-notch services. I understand they want to do everything under their roof, but why not allow users to use specialist third-party services?

In general, I see a lot of potential here if they make sure they protect their shared IPs.
