Q: I've been using MailTag since January, 2020, and it has worked really well since then, but about 2 weeks ago it suddenly ceased working.

Despite my efforts to get it going again, I've had no luck doing so.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Fortunately, someone from MailTag replied to my email and have stated that they have identified the problem and hope to have the matter fixed by the end of the week. That's good to know.
