MailTag is a step in the right direction for email trackers.

The tracking works as expected and I haven't experienced any bugs.

The UI is easy to navigate the reporting is great - I also appreciate the location information which is a feature may other email trackers don't have.

Plus, support have been responsive and helpful which is always a good sign!
