Poor customer service
When it came time to try this software, I couldn't, because I had registered it under an email account that I no longer own. Customer service wouldn't transfer the license to a different email account, even though this would mean I still only have one account contrary to their statement, "The terms of the deal were for one account per user." As they don't care about keeping a customer, I don't care about using their software anymore.
