No these credits do not roll over and build up - the daily credits reset everyday regardless of usage and the bonus credits do not expire or resent and remain as a backup balance to be used when required.
We currently run our lists through MillionVerifier, which labels addresses as Valid, Risky, or Invalid. Roughly 40 % of our leads end up in the Risky category, so we send only those addresses to FindyMail for a second-pass check.
If we adopt your verification tool, would it make that second pass unnecessary? Specifically:
Can your service give a definitive verdict on addresses that other platforms mark as “Risky,” so we can email them with confidence?
Or would we still need to push those Risky addresses to another verifier like FindyMail?
Note: we’re interested purely in validation, not email discovery.
Q: Reachinbox LTD Concerns & MailVerifier Use Case Clarification
Hey Alan,
I am a big fan of the ecosystem you’re building. I'm on Reachinbox Tier 2 + Zapmail + Skool community, and I love the additions like Lead Finder, Visitor ID, and MailVerifier.
That said, as an LTD user, it’s a bit disappointing that most new features now require separate purchases. It feels like early adopters aren’t getting much benefit.
Quick question on MailVerifier:
Can it be used just for Catch-All leads within Reachinbox (without making a separate campaign for Catch-All email leads)?
My RIB tier 2 lacks integrations (wish I had known its importance earlier). If I buy the MailVerifier Integration Tier, is there any way to unlock Reachinbox integrations too? I got in touch with your team, and the offer is too steep and unaffordable.
We currently use MillionVerifier for the initial bulk email validation to filter out invalid, disposable, and catch-all addresses. For the remaining “risky” or uncertain emails, we then run a secondary verification using Findymail to further validate them.
How does this compare to using a single tool for everything?
That's a great question. I think the biggest advantage you'll notice with MailVerify is fewer risky emails. Most emails marked as risky are catch-all emails. However MailVerify performsn advanced catch-all emails verification. We of course detect whether or not an address is catch-all and take it a step further by verifying it and letting you know if it's safe to reach out to or not. This way you can up to 50% more deliverable leads.
Q: Daily verification credits
Do these credits roll over and build up every day?

That's a shame, that was a deal breaker for me

While we don't have this on our roadmap yet, I've added it as a feature request on our roadmap and we'll definitely consider it down the line! :)

Any plans for Reachinbox to return to AppSumo?
Appreciate your time!
