Q: Mass send not working (for me).
I was told it was because I was sending to too many contacts, so I reduced the contacts. DIDN'T WORK.
I was told that I sent too many in a 24 hour period. I waited longer than 24 hours to send a mass email with few contacts. STILL DID NOT WORK.
I sent screen recordings and several screenshots of this error occurring even after it confirms my emails are sent when no emails are sent. Then I receive errors that I have sent too many emails when no emails were sent.
So no matter what I do, no emails get sent while I get told that I am reaching a send limit.
Support has begun ignoring my emails with no response.
