Can't find documentation or videos on next steps 5. Reached out to support 24+ hours ago, no response. The "chat" is essentially a one-way email - you can't access what was already sent. Better off sending an email - either way you're not a getting a response. What is the turnaround time and what are your office hours?
I am thinking about purchasing tier 2. Because there is a limit of 40 domain checks per day, If I check 10 domains today and be left with 30, then tomorrow the system will reset back to 40 domain checks? Please clarify.
