Q: Connected an email account, initiated 2 test campaigns, and sent out one.
However,
1. Got a score for both even though sent emails on the 2nd one is zero. How?
2. Got recommendation to setup DMARC. great, done. What next?
3. Setup a third campaign and sent it out, no more recommendations.
4. Spam score in orange, what does that mean? I get in general it means could be better. What exactly?
4. What do I do next? Can't find documentation or videos on next steps
5. Reached out to support 24+ hours ago, no response. The "chat" is essentially a one-way email - you can't access what was already sent. Better off sending an email - either way you're not a getting a response. What is the turnaround time and what are your office hours?
