- hi there, I bought the highest tier. And want to add this to our service. But i noticed that it is not possible to give sub-users access to certain domains. Is subaccounts something you have on your roadmap to make it also attractive for agencies? Second your other platform also looks very interesting. - Connected an email account, initiated 2 test campaigns, and sent out one. However, 1. Got a score for both even though sent emails on the 2nd one is zero. How? 2. The "chat" is essentially a one-way email - you can't access what was already sent. Better off sending an email - either way you're not a getting a response. What is the turnaround time and what are your office hours?
- Hello. I am thinking about purchasing tier 2. Because there is a limit of 40 domain checks per day, If I check 10 domains today and be left with 30, then tomorrow the system will reset back to 40 domain checks? Please clarify.
