Your site says that the Service Level Agreement is a priority 24hr. but we have experienced longer times than that and it is taking an unacceptable amount of time to resolve issues. In our experience, this is more than enough, but if you would need more, we have add-on options for increasing the storage for individual mailboxes. We also support POP/IMAP, so you can manage your mailboxes from a mail client of your choosing and set the fetch settings to delete the email from the server once it's been fetched. That way, you'd never run out of space.
I have a few customers with large mailboxes. Will this addon to upgrade the mailbox have any additional cost? I need to know that upfront. Thanks again.

There are several use cases as to why one might need more than 1 database per domain. The main reason being that we offer unlimited subdomains per domain. So for example, if you wanted to install several instances of WordPress on multiple subdomains, you would need a new database for each installation. Of course, WordPress is not the only PHP app that would require a database, so if you were to install several different apps on subdomains, that require their own databases, the same would apply.

All our mailboxes are limited to 10GB as per standard. In our experience, this is more than enough, but if you would need more, we have add-on options for increasing the storage for individual mailboxes. We also support POP/IMAP, so you can manage your mailboxes from a mail client of your choosing and set the fetch settings to delete the email from the server once it's been fetched. That way, you'd never run out of space.

Q: I have already bought one code to try the host and it works pretty well so far.
Now I'd like to stack up the 10 codes, just buying the extra 9 to reach the Agency Level option. But I want to have it hosted on the US site rather than the UK as I got this first code. I couldn't select an option when redeeming the code, so the question is, would I be able to change the first code to US servers while redeeming the other 9 codes if I buy them now? Or how should I proceed to get the Agency Level hosted on US servers?

There are several use cases as to why one might need more than 1 database per domain. The main reason being that we offer unlimited subdomains per domain. So for example, if you wanted to install several instances of WordPress on multiple subdomains, you would need a new database for each installation. Of course, WordPress is not the only PHP app that would require a database, so if you were to install several different apps on subdomains, that require their own databases, the same would apply.
