Love their offer, but I feel their support is severely lacking.

I have website hosted on another 20i reseller account. Most other resellers know how to move existing 20i to their 20i host. They solve my issue within hours.

Moving to makershost? 10 support tickets and 2 weeks later, I still can't use my domains. This issue is leaving me very distasteful regarding their support.

I hope they get their stuff together because after moving to makershost, I can't even use my domains anymore.
