A: I'm not familiar with Rootpal's agency plan, if you could clarify the similarities you're seeing, or the specifics of their deal, I'd be able to better answer this.
2. If so, how much storage do you get and how many clients can you have?
A: with the agency plan, you can provision an unlimited number of packages under your account, and assign access to your clients. Each package comes with unlimited domains, unlimited storage, unlimited databases, unlimited mailboxes, unlimited bandwidth. We probably won't be offering this for very long, but you will be grandfathered into this plan if you buy it during this campaign.
3. Is there a billing dashboard which you can white label for clients to pay a monthly fee on for their hosting?
No, there is no billing dashboard for this. You would have to handle your billing independently - it's not white-labeled either. But this could be a good thing, as you could price-match our professional plan pricing, or offer a discount to your clients.

A: At the moment our system is not set up for this. We call it an "Agency Plan" and not a "Reseller Plan", so as to avoid confusion. We don't have a white-labeling solution or billing CRM built-in, which would be expected for a reseller plan. As an agency, the agency plan lets you create hosting packages for clients and projects, but the billing and client management would be handled from within the agency's existing setup.
