just trying to make sense of what i'm seeing since it seems i'm missing something. i found that since 03/19/2022 about 40% of the 5 star reviews have been refunded (no longer verified purchases) which isn't altogether uncommon. more concerning is i noticed out of all the glowing reviews prior to March 19, 2022 there is only that remains as a verified purchaser (dated Dec. 8, 2021). from all appearances all other reviewers have refunded. maybe there was another offer i'm not aware of but the December verified purchaser seems to indicated there wasn't. i cant see everyone refunding such a great offer. what i'm seeing doesn't align with all the 5-star reviews so i'm hoping you can please clarify what i'm missing?

Interesting find - I hadn't done that analysis myself, but looking at the reviews, I notice a healthy balance between verified and non-verified/refunded. My guess to the recent refunds would be the fact that we were promoted to the Plus Exclusive program, and have sweetened the deal for all Plus Members. We did promise to honor the status of previous plus member's purchases and offer the same upgrades without the need of refunding and repurchasing the new deal, but I suppose this message was not obvious to everybody.
Thanks again for bringing this interesting statistic to my attention. We are certainly getting a lot of interest on the new Plus Exclusive deal. But again, if anyone is seeing this and recently purchased the standard deal as a plus member, - no need to refund for the new deal. Simply contact support for a free upgrade to the PE perks.

thanks for the quick reply! while i did try to find it yesterday i seem to have over looked the plus offering. now i see the plus offering and that at least sheds some light on the issue. offering is solid as long as it has staying power. definitely considering checking it out further. all the best!
