I see this to be similar on the lines of HostMaria, Barkweb who are also resellers of 20i like you are. I have the couple of questions.
1. Is this self-managed cloud based hosting and that we can not expect customer support on daily basis.
2. Do you offer support for migration from other hosting.
3. I have Hostmaria deal and having issues with Server side caching . Since you are also
using the same Infra, wondering how likely it happens again.

A: We have a world-class support team available directly through your dashboard and have an SLA-24h, so you can absolutely expect support on a daily basis.

A: Yes, we have a handy migration tool built-in and can easily migrate you over from an existing hosting provider.
