Has the company gone bankrupt by now? I raised a technical error ticket on 17/04/2024. They requested my AppSumo code, provided on 18/04/2024. On 24/04/2024, they asked for a screenshot confirming code redemption, which I promptly sent. Radio silence for days now from technical support. Urgent response needed as my website has been hosted here for two years since the AppSumo purchase.

The support is good, helped me to migrate from my old server to my makerhost account, done professionally and quick manner. The server performance is so far is good. Thanks

I purchased the lifetime deal with the understanding it included 'custom domains' and yet when I go into my acccount MakersHost want to charge me a fee each year for this. That was one big reason I purchased the lifetime plan. If you claim to be an alternative to GoDaddy, and offer a lifetime deal that includes '10 websites/custom domains'...how else are people meant to interpret this? I feel ripped off

after moving my domain to your hosting on Sunday evening I had problems and opened a support ticket on Monday.

It's now Thursday and I've had zero response from your support.

I'm now moving my domain elsewhere.
