Is there any support available? The website says there is a live chat but I don't see it? It says 24/7 support with 15 minute response? I haven't received a response in a couple of days. My question on Appsumo is under review for days.

I've requested for my additional codes to be applied and to be moved to the US server and I can't really try out the hosting until then.

The email service works well and I do expect everything will work well.
