Urgent: Concerns Regarding Company's Financial Status and Technical Support

Has the company gone bankrupt by now? I raised a technical error ticket on 17/04/2024. They requested my AppSumo code, provided on 18/04/2024. On 24/04/2024, they asked for a screenshot confirming code redemption, which I promptly sent. Radio silence for days now from technical support. Urgent response needed as my website has been hosted here for two years since the AppSumo purchase.
