For GPDR, you are not required to maintain these records forever. There is no blanket time frame. In fact, the guidance is: "Storage limitation only stipulates that personal data should be kept in a form that permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed."

Given this, we should be able to specify a purge date for the records. And, from our standpoint, we should be able to reallocate that storage space at that time.

2. The TEXT and LOOK & FEEL of these notices MUST all be highly customizable. That is because just like marketing text and graphics, it will have an effect on website visitors. For example, one approach might scare visitors away, while another approach might make them stay, which improves our conversion rate. This is just as important as other on-page factors.
