I need manycontacts mainly to manage my whatsapp groups and communities. Can it do this? How efficient is manycontacts for this purpose?

I am part of educational institute with different departments and there are sections within departments . for each department and sections i want to have a whatsapp group. i want to flag the group that has critical assignment pending. i also want to make sure that the department leader daily puts the attendance information in the group i.e start and end time etc
