I am exploring your tool for a WhatsApp-based initiative for an NGO project. The idea is to provide a toll-free WhatsApp number where users can inquire about specific topics or requests (e.g., guidelines, documents, or informational resources). Once they whatsapp text our number with a keyword or question, we plan to automate replies by sending them the relevant details or documents, fetched from an external database like Google Sheets or Airtable.
