Q: Error in the digit for Brazil area code 11
When I send a message to the area code 11 in Brazil, it removes the ninth digit.
And it gives an error when sending. Is there a way to configure it?

On your side, please make sure that when you use area code 11 (São Paulo), all mobile numbers must include the ninth digit (usually starting with 9) +55 11 9XXXX XXXX . If ManyContacts is removing it automatically, it may be due to the formatting of the number at the time of import or entry.
Let us know if that works!
The number was entered correctly, but the system removes the number 9 after the area code, so the message isn't sent.
Even when I reply to someone who initiated the conversation.
