1. can use whatsapp qr code to scan and connect? 2. if the number is not in the system, can direct type whatsapp number to send whatsapp? 3. about the schedule message, can schedule every months 2 messages once in 2 weeks up to 2 years to a whatsapp number? 4. it is using web whatsapp log in or cloud? 5. if got log out, all the scheduled task will stay? or will be gone? 6. what is the support's email?

Can I use a WhatsApp QR code to scan and connect?
✅ Yes, you can.

Can I type a WhatsApp number manually if it’s not saved in the system?
✅ Yes, simply click “New WhatsApp” and enter the number you want to message — no need to save it beforehand.

Can I schedule two messages per month (once every 2 weeks) for up to 2 years to a WhatsApp number?
🔁 You can schedule as many messages as you'd like, but they must be scheduled manually. Currently, we don’t support recurring or repeat scheduling rules.

Does it use WhatsApp Web login or Cloud API?
🌐 It depends on the type of connection you choose:

WhatsApp Web for regular WhatsApp/WhatsApp Business

Cloud API if you use WhatsApp API

If I get logged out, will the scheduled messages remain?
✅ Yes, all scheduled messages will remain saved in the system.
