GioQ: very missleading š
The entire product description and features highlight the integrations with Make, Zapier, and other platforms. However, one of the questions clarifies that these integrations are not included in the AppSumo deal. Why is there such a strong emphasis on these integrations elsewhere? Without these connections, the tool unfortunately loses a significant amount of its appeal.

Sumolings are looking for LTD deals. In exchange, you will receive feedback and have the opportunity to identify errors in your app. Almost the entire description revolves around integration with other tools, and letās be honest: that's the most important aspect. If your plan is to attract paying Sumolings through the LTD, you likely have expectations that may not be met here.
Weāre currently in contact with AppSumo to update the deal page and make sure everything is clearer, especially regarding integrations and expectations.
Consider incorporating additional tiers into the deal that cover API and other related services. Services that incur variable costs, such as the AI bot, could also be associated with a small monthly fee. However, the fundamental offering should be made available as an LTD.

I agree. We will buy a second code to be able to use pabbly, zapier, integrately, albato. Using a crm without automation is so outdated, limited and unappealing. Gatekeeping this feature is a big no for the summolings community. It's like selling us a bicycle without a seat and telling us we need to rent it if we want to sit
Totally fair point, but this AppSumo deal is a discovery offer with full basic CRM features for WhatsApp at a creasy cheap price of just $49 lifetime.
Advanced tools like API and automation are available in our ā¬99/month pro plan. We canāt include everything in the LTD without going bankrupt, other CRMs charge ā¬3Kā20K/year for the same featrures.

The CRMs that charge ā¬3Kā20K/year have many more features. ManyContacts' features would be a small portion their offering. You have a long way to go to polish your product, especially the UX/UI.
Based on your response, I'm thinking the moment a new whatsapp crm product comes on appsumo with automation included, I will stop using manycontacts and get the new product. Just sharing my honest thoughts
