Bad UX
I didn't even proceed using it because the registration process was such a bad user experience that I didn't want to experience more of it.
The password field during registration is not a password field but a plain text field (why?) so everyone can see the password and the browser doesn't suggest or save the password because it just sees a normal plain text field. I wonder which quality gate passed this.
I can't enter my AppSumo code or enter the settings, support or billing menu to get in touch with the support because the "Sync WhatsApp with ManyContacts" popup blocks the whole screen without a cancel or "do later" option. It forces me to do it before I even enter the AppSumo code. What kind of registration process is this.
The welcome email comes in Spanish although I chose English language during setup.
The idea of the tool is good but with such bad UX in basic features it's not for me.

We have redesign the sign-up process and the entire tool. May be you can try again and give us a second chance, it would be great :-) we have some new features, like the sales pipeline, too.
Let us know if we can do something to make your experience with ManyContacts better and get a better review.
