Complicated integration
I suppose the unofficial integration works. But, for reasons I don't know, my WhatsApp Business app has two-step authentication enabled. As I don't know the PIN, nor can I redeem this number via email, I've been waiting seven days for my WhatsApp Business app to be unlocked. This led me to try the official integration, but apparently this depends on the service and configuration to be carried out by ManyContacts itself.
What I mean is that I was not able to set up the official integration service myself, nor did I hear back from ManyContacts. So I believe that this integration is not ready for self service use. My last alternative was to try an integration via the 360Dialog API. But since it costs USD 50/month I don't think it's within my power to make it work.
I hope to have a more positive opinion in the future. I understand that the integration limitation is partially imposed by WhatsApp itself, but I justify my review by not having received more instructions on how to proceed.

As we explain to you, the cost of your official WhatsApp API integration (not included on the appsumo deal) are 18€/month per agent, minimum of 3 agents. (Here you have to add the cost of the conversations charged by Meta)
- The process to connect the number to WhatsApp API requires 10 minutes to get it properly done. The process is always assisted by our team via Google Meet, you are not alone during the process and you can ask us any doubt during the process.
- If you already have your number on WhatsApp API with other provider, we can request a migration and it will be done in a maximum of 24 hours. For that we need that the two step verification of the number was disabled. This is a Meta requeriment, there is nothing we can do if you can't disable the two step verification of the number.
In our WhatsApp Business integration, that is fully included on the appsumo deal, the connection is done in less than 30 seconds :-) you only have to scan a QR code with the WhatsApp application on your phone, it can't be more simple.
