Support its just a BOT

I bought 2 licenses for 2 different business. Set up the first one a while ago and the support was good. Glitchy, but expected of a new product. I just set up my second business account and it's even more glitchy than before. I have notifications of unread messages that don't go away, tried to contact the support and they responded with a BOT saying you need to pay for premium to speak with a human. WTF ? I hate when companies do this on app sumo and change the conditions.

We respectfully disagree with the negative review, as we made an effort to explain why the initial response comes from AI before being followed up by a human agent. Additionally, the AI is designed to respond in all languages and is available 24/7, ensuring that we can always provide timely service to our clients, no matter where they are or when they need help.

Regarding premium support, it’s true that our video call support is part of the premium plan. However, rest assured that all issues are resolved through our standard chat support, where a human agent is always available to help, as was the case here.
