đtoo few agents - bad ux - and account was locked
it was useful but ux was bad and there was some confusion all of a sudden the account was locked because we had more than 2 agents for our account. So people you add are not "users" but "agents".
There was no way to remove them and no way to access important messages. Really bad experience, Why not just not allow adding additional users but instead lock up the account? Def not have much trust in this app and trying to find an alternative if possible.
