Q: Hi!
I created a free account and uploaded a 2 page document and asked 1 question, it's been 10 minutes and it's stuck at "Please be patient..."
Are you using a hosted LLM, GPT? which model is it? I wonder if something is not working properly on the API side since it's stuck :/

May 14, 2024A: We are using GPT on the backend. Send me an email and I will check on that issue personally. I just pushed some new code to production 2 hours ago, so I just want to make sure that it did not affect your query.

Following up on the issue. I receive an alert from OpenAI that there was a severe degradation of their service for a couple of minutes. I believe this is the root cause of the issue.
