The Marble team has reached out to me and we had a conversation about my experience with the product, which has been good and the mis-understanding regarding their support processes and SLA, and they have been receptive to feedback and seemed that they care a lot about their users and about the positve experience of users. I was happy to learn about their ongoing development and upcoming updates which showed that they are taking a lot of feedback from us users and that they are busy implementing them. I am happy that I have invested in Marble and will be investing some more!
