So first the good: large number of flow templates pre-designed and laid out for use immediately across lead gen, onboarding/offboarding, saas, help center, feedback forms, etc. Also pretty good limits in terms of users in the system and views of the flows - for the price. The analytics are clean and adequate for use in most cases. The platform overall is super simple and clean to use, including the editor for the templates (only thing that bothered me was minor and it was not as simple to just replace existing images - you need to remove and upload and move into place).

The not so good: the flows cannot be white-labeled on any plan (even though it says that Marbleflows branding will be removed on all plans - when you actually use the platform, they state that these are "partially whitelabelled"). What this means is that the first screen of the flow will be without the branding, but all others will include it - I think this isn't a good practice and it should be completely removed or allowed by the customer of the platform, on a case-by-case basis.

Overall I think it's a good platform that can be even better, and a simple start is by having an option to have 100% whitelabelling enabled.
