MMIO is a great chatbot SaaS. I suggest taking a look at their youtube training video for a demo. You'd be surprised how much this thing does, and how easy it is to use! (I got this months ago on another platform)

They market this as something that does many things at once, and that is true but also misleading. It might make some people think that it does everything averagely.
I think it is better to think about it is a great chatbot, with extra ecom and page building functions on the side.

Within the chatbot functions, it covers the usual platforms FB, IG, GMB, and now WhatsApp! But it doesn't just work in Messenger; MMIO works for FB Page post replies (auto reply to people's comments, and can even start their chatbot journey from there).

Add in the ecom stuff and you know where this is going. You can potentially have a whole chatbot funnel here. You can sell stuff on the bot but this thing comes with a page builder to set up a store, too! Don't expect a super robust page builder, though. It has templates and 1-click install mock up stores, so it is easy to get started. But don't compare this to full fledged page builders. (Which is why I think it is better to think about this as a chatbot tool first, with these extra functions as bonuses). Still, MMIO seems to have everything required to set up a stand alone store (with CNAME and everything). It is no Shopify, with ALL the marketing tools included, at a one time price right now?!

What I didn't expect was they even added FB Livestream selling. Your bot can be setup to monitor the chat and posts, and automate the livestream selling process! That came out of nowhere.

Email and SMS are also supported and works from the flow builder now!

Oh, and it does have Pabbly support. And in case you don't have Pabbly... they even implemented n8n (open source Zapier alternative) for free! We don't even need to host an installation ourselves. MMIO comes with its own n8n! You guys are being too generous!

BTW It didn't have many of these things when I got bought it in a past deal. A lot of these were released in the months that followed. Yup, updates were consistent and significant. Their team is active and responsive on their FB group, too. Never a dull moment. There were some jaw dropping, unexpected updates. But let's be realistic, it already has a lot, I don't expect we get many more jaw dropping updates as the tool matures.

Give this hidden gem a try! Seriously, they are including a lot of good stuff here. And if we ignore everything else, this is a great chatbot platform, with generous limits that challenges competitors' value proposition. When you consider all the other stuff it can do, the value proposition is truly insane.
