Good product. Easy to navigate, easy to use, and there are some great integrations available as well. The ecommerce site templates are basic, but clean.

The biggest bummer is that the new web chat widget isn't available at my subscription level (4 codes stacked), as I've been using a competitor for that, and it's a feature I use a ton.

That said, if you're looking for an all-in-one solution for ecommerce, this is a good offer.
